Excellent Graeme.
I thought I would put a seperate merchandise section on the web page, so this will be great for that.
Nothing will change though in the short term as I am going to make a site offline and test it all before changing whats there.
I will send you and Chris the url of the test site to check over before I upload it to the proper servers etc.
-So far I have made:
-A seperate section for merchandise (with button),
-A button to take you straight to forum,
- Split 2007 events into seperate linked pages, rather than all on one page (will also do this on 2008 page as we start to have trips etc)
-Will do but haven't atttempted yet to set up a gallery page whcih will be split into Members Cars, Club Events, Miscellaneous. These will then have subgalleries for each member, event etc.
- I might look into a members only section where we can just have member specific information that not all webisite viewers can see. This will requirew password. I am not sure if this will be useful or not.
I was fiddling about with redesigning the pages, layout, etc, (till about 4am on Friday!!) but to be honest, I think its fine as it is. The colours are nice, the layout is simple, and its not too "fancy" for slower computers etc. Dont want to scare people off. We can just make sure we have good content instead

Graeme, I have put all the info on the website merchandise page.
Any chance you could PM me some prices to list , or do you not know yet?
Also do you think a special email for order would look good on the site. It would still go to yourself.

Have yet to obtain prices for the other items as thought would leave open for any other suggestions/comments so will get these for the listed items next week as on holiday till Monday. Can you please put a copy of the rugby shirt alternative colours onto the web link as well? Just to give those who don't use the forum chance to see what the full colour choice is. Yes a link to order would be a great idea, I can then confirm receipt of order and ask for cash/cheque as this will be required before ordering from the supplier. Am looking to get some grill badges made also to add to the available items.

I still havent' had the bill through from Abstitch for the items that were bought from them before Alford.
I'm away off-shore (1/09/08) but if nothing has arrived by the time I get home, I'll give them a shout.
If anyone else is requiring club merchandise, there is a pricelist available (and some photos), these were around at Alford on the stand with Graham, but I don't think the issue was really pushed.

Also, we have a "shop" e-commerce section on the webspace which gives you a secure ordering portal to set up online ordering, if we wish to do so.
