Oh thats not good, hope the rib doesnt hurt too much. Maybe get an exercise bike in stead? If you fall off that, something is seriously wrong!

Jeez Chris..you might have waited till i breathed in on that photo
I have lots also.. Some same as Chris and some from Stirling too. Will stick them up later hopefully.
On way back I had a few scary moments as my car decided to try and turn in random directions under heavy braking...looks like i have another task coming up....
Good to meet new people I have not met before.

Funny that Doc, mine has started lunging to the left under heavy braking, not too sure what to do about that, maybe just give the pads and calipers a clean
