Re: Sunday
I guess me and Neil would be up for it, hangover and weather permitting.
Any ideas on where we could go?

Re: Sunday
I was planning to see what the weather was doing first. Can go too far up into the hills I fear, I got an email form Ski Scotland saying all the resorts were open for skiing so they may be a little bit salty and cold. How about just seeing what the weather will be like on satudays forecast and deciding then?? Event if its a run to the beech for an ice cream, its still a little run out!

Sounds like a plan to me! Lets meet at the beach for an ice cream and fly the flag of using our classic cars and drop off a few fliers along the way! Forecast is for sun all day according to the BBC weather site. Would be good to keep it local in Aberdeen in my opinion anyway, might encourage a good turnout of members cars and give opportunity for a photo shoot. Let's decide very quick so can send e-mail to all members who are not on the forum and post on website. Thoughts quickly please.
Cheers
G
PS Am off to Fort William 2morrow, any last minute takers?

Re: Sunday
I would suggest about 2pm but for me it makes no difference as long as we are finished by about 4pm as we have tickets for KT which starts at 630pm.

Re: Sunday
Im up for that too, although there is a chance, if weather is nice, my engine may be lying in bits on the roadside whislt i investigate its current problems.
2pm seems like a date, so lets make it an offical "unoffical" run for 2pm, beach oin Sunday (beach might be busy if its sunny, so maybe could meet at car park where Asda etc are, at the opposite end where the lighting shop is?)
Wonder if there will be enough space at the car park on top of the hill at the lighthouse in torry for a photoshoot? Looks over beach and city
This one here
If we get a good turnout it wil be a credit to the forum as far as sporadic runs go

Re: Sunday
How about we meet at the car park on top of the hill at the lighthouse in torry have a few piccys and then go for an ice cream?
Weather forecast still looks cold but sunny.
Whats wrong with the car Dr?? Give us a shout if I can lend a hand, I plan on getting dirty hands this morning to do valve clearances, timing carbs etc.

Re: Sunday
Thats the very place I was thinking of for the photo shoot as have seen Iain's piccies before and will make an excellent opportunity. I will send e-mail round all inviting them to check out the forum to-day and go for 2pm at the car park at Torry.
Look forward to seeing you all there.
Cheers
