MG Rover decided to make their nuts and bolts out of chocolate. 3 bolts have sheared today, one of which is in the water pump, and I cant get any tools neear to it to sort it as it right behind part fo the subframe and behind the wheel arch

This may also explain why my exhaust goes much louder, at same time as power goes down and at same time as hot coolant smell appears. Bear in iond this exhasut manifold gasket is less than a year old!!! Looks like head gasket is leaking , coolant is leaking out into exhaust manifold, corroding gasket.
However, if cooalnt was getting into exhasut manifold, I would maybe expect it to produce more white steam from exhaust, whcih I have not found

Well, a 10 hour shift today, after my 9 one yesterday.
Had problems putting it back together, but everything is now done, except replacing coolant pipes etc.
So tomorrow, change pipes, fill with coolant, bleed and .....maybe game on.
I am sure something must be wrong , but we will find out.
I have two "parts" left over. I dont know where they go 
Anyway, have not bene shopping so had to order a Dominos. Justt waiting for it to arrive and some wine and beer to relax.
Everything I own now smells of oil, including the laptop :
